RIYADH — Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh presided over Monday a meeting to launch a study project for the “National Program to Enhance Moderation and Tolerance” Initiative.

The initiative is implemented by the ministry in cooperation with the Development and Consulting Services Institute at the Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

Delivering a speech, the minister stressed the strenuous efforts exerted by the wise leadership in spreading the moderate approach, the ministry’s efforts in enhancing the values of moderation, tolerance, co-existence, and combating extremist ideologies and terrorist groups.

This is in addition to the role of the ministry in realizing the targets of the Kingdom Vision 2030 through this initiative. — SPA
