SEOUL — Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Bin Abdullah Al-Hogail has met with South Korea’s Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation Won Hee-ryong here on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed frameworks for enhancing cooperation between the two friendly nations in the fields of municipalities, housing, and smart cities.
They also discussed the significance of working in accordance with the terms of the executive program and exchanging experiences in a way that serves the directions of the two nations and fulfills the aspirations of their two friendly peoples.
Al-Hogail praised the remarkable progress of the two friendly nations' relations, the all-encompassing cooperation between them, and the advantages that resulted from the formation of their strategic alliances and partnerships.
The first Saudi-Korean Housing Cooperation Forum was inaugurated by Al-Hogail and the Korean Minister of Lands, Infrastructure, and Transport.
In his speech at the event, Al-Hogail emphasized that wise leadership is currently focused on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the government role in addition to cultivating the spirit of social responsibility.
On a global scale, friendly country cooperation is emphasized in order to expand and diversify the economy's resources and job opportunities. — SPA
