November 22, 2023

The third edition of the popular Construction Intel Summit KSA will return to Riyadh on 29 November, in support of the Kingdom’s incredible transformation, which is being guided by the Saudi Vision 2030 strategic framework. The construction-focused event is jointly presented by the Big Project Middle East and Middle East Consultant brands.

The event will this take place at the Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana hotel in Riyadh, and will act as a focal point for built environment stakeholders from the Kingdom, as well as the broader region, to discuss several critical topics relating to construction in the Kingdom.

The one-day long event will see thought leaders from PIF-backed developers, consultants, contractors, specialists and industry bodies discuss opportunities and issues in the Kingdom’s construction segment, through focused panel discussions and presentations, including:

  • Saudisation and the transmission of knowledge

  • The multi-disciplinary engineering and delivery of giga-projects

  • Delivering state of the art sustainable infrastructure

  • The impact of AI and other disruptive technologies on the future of the built environment

  • The nuances of owning and operating giga-projects

Organisations such as Red Sea Global, the Chartered Institute of Building, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, ALEC Engineering & Contracting, Buro Happold, KEO International Consultants, MACE Arabia, SERCO, Shade Corporation, and many others have confirmed their participation at the event.

“The Saudi Vision 2030 strategic framework is spearheading the transformation of the Kingdom’s economy and several sectors, which has made the Kingdom the world’s most vibrant construction market. The unprecedented developments in the Kingdom bring significant opportunities to stakeholders in the built environment, however as no one has ever attempted to deliver projects of this scale in the past, there are also several issues that have to be overcome in order for the Kingdom to achieve its short- and long-term goals. All this and more will be put into sharp focus at the third edition of the Construction Intel Summit KSA,” said Jason Saundalkar, Head of Content at Big Project Middle East.

Registration is free for construction professionals wishing to attend.
