Abu Dhabi based Lulu Group has again lent a compassionate hand to the people of Gaza with much needed aid and relief materials. The second batch of aid, consisting of 50 tons of food products, hygiene products and other essentials were handed over to the Egypt Red Crescent authorities in Cairo on Monday.

The relief materials were received by Dr. Rami El-Nasser, Chief Executive Officer of the Egypt Red Crescent from Lulu Egypt Marketing Manager Hatim Said along with Juzer Rupawala, Lulu Egypt & Bahrain Director, Huzefa Qureshi, Regional Director and other officials.

Red Crescent aims to deliver the relief materials to the people of Gaza at the earliest, said Dr. Rami El-Nasser. He welcomed Lulu’s helping hand and expressed gratitude to Yusuff Ali MA and the Lulu Group for the continued support to the people of Palestine.

This is the second time Lulu is providing much needed help to the Palestine People undergoing hardship in current situation.

In December, it provided 50 tons of relief materials to Gaza through Egypt Red Crescent.
