King, Crown Prince congratulate Pakistani president-elect on taking oath

JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable to Asif Ali Zardari, congratulating him on taking the constitutional oath of office as president of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the Pakistani president success, and the people of Pakistan further progress and prosperity.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also highlighted the depth of the brotherly relations between the two countries, which, he said, they are keen to further develop.

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman too sent to Asif Ali Zardari, congratulating him on taking the constitutional oath of office as president of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
