RIYADH — Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman made a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.

During the call, the two leaders discussed the developments in the Ukrainian-Russian crisis and the efforts made to address it. They praised the distinguished relations between Saudi Arabia and Russia and the efforts made to upgrade the level of relations between the two countries.

The leaders also discussed ways to develop bilateral cooperation in various fields. A number of issues and topics of common interest were also figured during the call.
