RIYADH — Debris from an intercepted Houthi ballistic missile fell in a residential area of Dhahran in eastern Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen announced.

Coalition spokesman Maj. Gen. Turki Al-Maliki said authorities were responding to the site after air defenses intercepted and destroyed the missile launched toward Dhahran.

The coalition also intercepted and destroyed another ballistic missile targeting Haradh Center in Al-Ahsa Governorate and three drones north of Riyadh.

The latest interceptions followed similar incidents on Monday, when coalition forces destroyed a Houthi ballistic missile launched toward Riyadh and two others targeting Khamis Mushait.
