3 paramedics hurt as ambulance crashes into truck





TAIF — An ambulance crashed into a truck on Qeya Road, south of Taif, injuring a number of paramedics. The ambulance, which was not carrying any patients, was on its way from Misan Hospital to Taif when it collided with the truck. Taif Health Affairs Director Siraj Al-Humaidan said the ambulance driver sustained serious injuries, while two nurses escaped with minor bruises. The victims were taken to King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital in Taif and police are investigating the accident.
