urgent medical help

This file handout photo released by UNICEF shows one of its employees measuring the arm of a malnourished child in the besieged Syrian town of Madaya, as the agency assesses the health situation of residents of the famine-stricken town. For two years the rebel-held town of Madaya has been encircled by regime troops and it’s allies. In mid-2015 a total siege of the town led to over 60 deaths, including children, caused by malnutrition and famine. — AFP
