PRefChem receives first oil cargo for its refinery at PIC
PENGERANG, Johor, Malaysia – Pengerang Refining and Petrochemical (PRefChem) achieved a significant milestone in the construction of its refinery at the Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) last Sept. 24 with the arrival of the first crude oil cargo at Pengerang Deepwater Terminal 2 (PDT2) here, marking its transition into commissioning phase for start-up. With a refining capacity of 300,000 barrels of crude per day, the refinery upon completion will produce a range of refined petroleum products, including gasoline and diesel, which meet Euro 5 fuel specifications. JEDDAH —Mobile accounts for 47 percent of transactions in Middle East, and Africa (MEA), a rise of 41 percent from a year ago, Criteo, the advertising platform for the open Internet, said in its Q2 “Global Commerce Review” released on Tuesday.
